FLT Driver Opportunity
We are looking for an FLT Driver to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK, based in Bridgwater (TA6).
Contract and Salary
- 12-month Fixed term contract
- Salary: £32,050.70 pa (Basic £29,137.00 with a shift allowance of £2,913.70)
Shift Pattern
- 4 on 4 off Rolling Shift pattern - covering days & nights
- 12 Hour shifts
- Day: 06:00 to 18:00 / 07:00 to 19:00
- Night: 18:00 to 06:00 or 19:00 to 07:00

About the Role
As an FLT Driver, you'll play a key role in keeping our fast-paced FMCG operation running smoothly by ensuring materials and finished products are stored, moved, and supplied safely and efficiently. Working as part of a large logistics team, you'll support both production and dispatch, helping to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Moving, storing, and supplying materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
- Operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck following full training.
- Loading and unloading palletised goods safely and efficiently.
- Placing and retrieving stock from racking up to 16 metres high.
- Preparing products for production and customer dispatch.
- Maintaining accurate stock control and supporting inventory accuracy.
- Following all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
