Job Opportunity: Experienced B1 / Counterbalance FLT Driver
Manpower is currently recruiting for experienced B1 / Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy client site in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity for skilled drivers looking for consistent shifts and long-term potential, including permanent opportunities for the right candidates.
Location
- Based in Grimsby, close to the Estate Roads
- Candidates must be able to reliably travel to site
Working Hours
- Sunday-Wednesday
- 9:00am - 9:00pm
- Includes weekend working as part of the rota

Pay Rates
- £12.71ph
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT (B1)
- Moving stock between warehouse, yard, and Coldstore
- Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
- Supporting warehouse and yard operations as required
- Assisting other teams when needed
What You'll Need
- Valid, in-date Counterbalance (B1) FLT licence
- Proven experience as an FLT Driver
- Comfortable working across Coldstore, warehouse, and yard environments
- Physically fit and able to support manual tasks when required
- Flexible to work weekends in line with your planned rota
- Team player with a proactive attitude
