About the Role

As a FLT Driver, you'll play a key role in keeping our fast-paced FMCG operation running smoothly by ensuring materials and finished products are stored, moved and supplied safely and efficiently. Working as part of a large logistics team, you'll support both production and dispatch, helping to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

No two shifts are the same as a FLT Driver, you will use your experience to move palletised goods, loading and unloading stock, preparing products for dispatch and maintaining accurate stock control. You will be operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck, placing and retrieving stock from racking up to 16 metres high (approximately a 34 storey building). Previous VNA, Reach Truck or Counterbalance experience is desirable but not essential, as full VNA training will be provided. You'll also ensure all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards are followed at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
