Brightwork is recruiting!! On behalf of a family-run farming business located just outside Forres. Our client is seeking an experienced FLT Driver to support daily farming operations in a varied and hands-on role.
This is a temporary position to begin with but potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role offers £13.50 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half after 42.5 hours worked per week. Harvest time will see long hours over a period of 2 - 3 weeks.
Your Time at Work
As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for operating a forklift truck across the site, moving boxes, pallets, and other large items to support farming activities.
This is a varied role, and as part of a small team, you'll also be expected to assist with other farm duties when required. A positive approach, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to health and safety are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently around the site
- Moving and storing boxes, pallets, and other farm materials
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Supporting wider farming activities when required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid FLT licence and previous forklift driving experience
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A willingness to undertake a variety of farming tasks
- The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
