Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £15.25 per hour
Shift Pattern: Friday – Sunday | 6:00am – 6:00pm
Hours Paid: 36 hours per week
Contract: 12-Week Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence to join a busy and growing manufacturing business in Wolverhampton.
This is a predominantly warehouse-based role where the majority of your time will be spent packing, labelling, palletising and banding finished products ready for dispatch. Counterbalance FLT duties will account for approximately 10% of the role and will mainly involve loading/unloading trailers and moving stock around the site.
This opportunity would suit a reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys a varied, hands-on warehouse role within a fast-paced environment.

Shift Pattern
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 06:00am – 06:00pm
Paid for 36 hours per week at £15.25 per hour.
Contract
- 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity
- Pay increase following successful completion of the temporary period
Key Responsibilities
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Labelling products accurately and efficiently
- Palletising goods and preparing orders for shipment
- Banding and securing pallets to company standards
- Loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck when required (approximately 10% of the role)
- Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
- Conducting general warehouse housekeeping duties
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Manual handling and lifting as required

- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence
- Previous warehouse experience within a manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment
- Experience loading and unloading vehicles/trailers
- Comfortable carrying out manual handling and physically demanding duties
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
