The Role
As an FLT Driver based in our Papermill, you will play an integral part in our production process. This role fits at the very beginning of our paper-making journey, and as such, the successful candidate will be responsible for loading the pulpers according to the daily loading sheet in compliance with the working instructions and the safety guide lines, product’s safety and ISO 9001 standards.

Main Responsibilities
- Pick bales of pulp / converting broke, de-wire (pulp unit and single bale) and load onto conveyor in line with specified loading schedule, entering details into stock management system
- Be familiar with the functioning and automation of referent plant equipment
- Operate the de-wiring conveyor, pulper feed conveyors and steel wire baler
- Identify potential contaminants in bales and isolate
- Complete routine checks on equipment and installation in the working area and report any faults identified
- Operate equipment in accordance with training guidelines
- Maintain the equipment guaranteeing the daily functioning in line with the work instructions
- Assist with the operation and cleaning of the paper machine if required, including all tasks where trained
- Comply with all defined standards for quality, environment and Health and Safety
- To ensure a high level of housekeeping of the working area is maintained throughout the shift
- To ensure health & safety rules are adhered to

Requirements
- Team player
- Experience driving a fork-lift truck is desirable
- Good communication
- Experience working in a busy manufacturing environment
Working Hours
5 Shift Pattern - 2 days and 2 nights
- April to September - 4 on 4 off
- September to April - 4 on 6 off
07:00-19:00, 19:00-07:00
