Job Overview:
We currently recruiting for qualified and experienced FLT Reach Truck Drivers, providing an excellent opportunity to join the Moran Logistics team at our Leeds site. The role works 12 hour shifts, working on 4on / 4 off shift pattern and offers excellent rates of pay.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for the relocation of stock around the warehouse once it has come from production and also prior to distribution, whilst ensuring all the operational requirements are met and are in line with company policy and procedure.
As an FLT Reach Operative you will:
- Ensure stock is relocated accurately.
- Ensure orders are picked accurately.
- Ensure goods in are receipted in accordance with policy.
- Ensure all loads are checked, completed and secured prior to despatch.
- Ensure stock rotation is maintained at all times.
- Manually load and unload trailers.
- Confirm all inbound and outbound loads are accurate and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Shift Manager.
- Assist with stock cycle count.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Manual Picking and using hand-held terminals

What we are looking for:
- RTITB Reach licence
- Previous Reach Truck and warehouse Experience
- Previous loading and unloading experience
- Scan Gun Experience desirable
- Good team building and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently to agreed timescales.
- Ability to ensure you follow safe working practices and that all report all accidents and incidents are reported to your line manager.
- To adhere to relevant site rules, QEHS policies and procedures including quality procedures, HACCP, safe systems of work and environmental controls.
- Ability to maintain high levels of site hygiene standards in accordance with company procedures.
- Ability to listen carefully to instructions.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to listen to and follow instructions.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A good accuracy level is essential.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team as required.
