Are you an experienced FLT Driver looking for your next opportunity? Do you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoy being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly? If so, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a Warehouse Colleague with a valid counterbalance licence, to join our team at Greene King site in Tilbury (RM18 7HZ). You will be working in a busy warehouse, loading and offloading kegs using counterbalance.

This is a full-time, permanent role. You will be working Monday to Friday, on the afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Loading and offloading kegs using counterbalance
  • Accurately picking for orders
  • Stock replenishment, stock counting
  • Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Valid RTITB or national counterbalance licence
  • Proven experience of driving counterbalance/reach truck
  • Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and adaptability
  • Commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining operational standards
