FLT / Warehouse Operative
Penrith | Full-Time Opportunities on either a temporary or permanent basis.
Rotating Weekly Shift Pattern, Monday - Friday
- Week 1 - Early Shift (6am-2pm): £13.73ph
- Week 2 - Late Shift (2pm-10pm): £14.83ph
- Week 3 - Night Shift (10pm-6am): £15.59ph
Pay rates will increase once probation period is completed!
Our large manufacturing client in Penrith is expanding and looking to recruit FLT / Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a successful business that is investing in its future and creating new opportunities for the local workforce.
The Role
As an FLT / Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating forklifts within a busy manufacturing environment
- Booking and rotating stock
- Carrying out general warehouse duties
- Supplying production lines with materials
- Loading and unloading wagons safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- FLT licence preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Reliable with a keen eye for quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic English communication skills
