About The Role

We are seeking a talented Flutter Engineer to join our dynamic mobile development team. In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in building, shipping, and maintaining our cross-platform application for both iOS and Android devices. You will be involved throughout the entire app lifecycle — from initial architecture decisions to the final polishing of the user interface. Your contributions will directly influence the evolution of our product, ensuring it remains scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. This position is ideal for someone passionate about clean code, seamless user experiences, and creating scalable solutions that meet high standards of quality and performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and deploying production-grade Flutter applications for mobile platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter’s widget and rendering systems.
  • Experience with writing and maintaining comprehensive tests, including unit, widget, and integration tests.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve issues across multiple platforms.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Understanding of app performance optimization, stability, and release management processes.
  • Familiarity with native platform integration and third-party SDKs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain new features within our cross-platform Flutter application for iOS and Android.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Dart code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end features.
  • Take ownership of app performance, stability, and manage the release process to app stores.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help establish engineering best practices.
  • Debug and troubleshoot platform-specific issues, from UI glitches to native integration challenges.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions regarding state management, tooling, and overall app structure.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments and incorporate best practices into the development process.
