The Role
We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to lead the end-to-end development of sophisticated, cross-platform mobile applications. As a key contractor on our team, you will build performant, highly scalable features for both iOS and Android, taking full ownership of the mobile lifecycle from UI/UX translation to app store release.
What you will do
- Application Development: Architect and build sophisticated, highly scalable applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring seamless performance across various iOS and Android screen resolutions and constraints.
- Architecture & Clean Code: Write maintainable, well-structured, and efficient code while establishing comprehensive automated unit, widget, and end-to-end test suites.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with backend engineers and product managers to define technical requirements, design features, and deliver stable releases.
- UI/UX Implementation: Translate complex UI/UX designs into smooth and responsive mobile interfaces.
- Optimization & Maintenance: Identify bottlenecks, resolve bugs, and optimize app execution for high performance and low latency.
- Full Delivery: Oversee the entire development lifecycle

What you'll bring:
- Proven background as a Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Demonstrable experience integrating modern AI tooling directly into mobile workflows to streamline Flutter development, code generation, or testing.
- Strong familiarity with continuous integration, unit testing, widget testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with product and backend teams
