About The Role
We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team on behalf of Blackbird Lab. This role is based in Europe and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of mobile applications for a leading loyalty program client. As a Flutter Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, user-friendly mobile solutions. Your expertise will influence coding standards, best practices, and architectural decisions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products used by thousands of end users. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Europe and North America, participate in technical and product discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in Flutter development for mid-level roles, and 3-5 years for senior-level positions. Prior experience with iOS and/or Android development is advantageous. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the BLoC pattern and practical application in mobile app architecture. A solid grasp of design fundamentals, user interface principles, and mobile development best practices is essential. Proficiency with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows is required. Additionally, excellent communication skills in English (upper-intermediate level) and fluent Ukrainian speaking abilities are necessary to thrive in our international environment.
Responsibilities
As a Flutter Developer, your core responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements and architecting features and integrations for mobile applications. You will actively participate in technical and product discussions, offering insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality Flutter code, while establishing coding standards and best practices, will be a key aspect of your role. You will implement various testing strategies, including unit, widget, and integration tests, to ensure application robustness. Effective communication and coordination with engineering teams across Europe and North America are vital to ensure seamless project execution. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, architecture, and technical documentation to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
