About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Flutter Engineer to join our dynamic mobile development team. In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in building, shipping, and maintaining our cross-platform mobile application. You will be involved in every stage of the app lifecycle, from initial architecture and design decisions to final polishing and deployment. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, efficient code, delivering a seamless user experience, and creating scalable solutions that can adapt to future growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of our product and make a significant impact within a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in developing and deploying production-level Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter’s widget and rendering frameworks.
- Experience with writing and maintaining comprehensive tests, including unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve cross-platform issues efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a pragmatic, collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Familiarity with app store deployment processes and performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of state management solutions and architectural patterns within Flutter applications.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain new features within our Flutter-based mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Dart code to ensure high code quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end features.
- Take ownership of app performance, stability, and the release process, including submission to app stores.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help uphold engineering standards across the team.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and platform-specific issues affecting user experience.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, including state management, tooling, and overall app structure.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments and incorporate best practices into the development process.
