About The Role
We are seeking a talented Flutter Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team remotely, based in the UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-scale mobile applications that serve millions of users worldwide. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms, contributing to projects that are integral to the company's core offerings. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Flutter development, with a keen interest in building scalable, efficient, and maintainable code. This position is perfect for a junior to mid-level developer eager to grow their technical expertise in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience developing mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Proven experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of Flutter state management techniques, such as Bloc or similar frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of computer science principles, including database indexing and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile environments, participating in sprint planning and technical scoping.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications in Flutter, ensuring seamless user experiences on both iOS and Android devices.
- Collaborate closely with backend teams to consume and help design RESTful APIs that integrate with the wider platform infrastructure.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Work alongside web and embedded teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet project requirements.
- Engage in sprint planning sessions, contribute to technical scoping, and provide input on project timelines and deliverables.
- Support less experienced colleagues, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Flutter and mobile development to continually improve skills and project outcomes.
