About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 6, SCP 14-19, £29,540 - £32,061 pro rata
Hours of Work: 37
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Main Place of Work: Barry
Description: To deliver high quality childcare provision for children aged 2-3 years residing in the Flying Start area.
About You
You will need:
- At least three years’ experience of working with children in a pre-school setting
- In-depth knowledge of the National Minimum Standards for Regulated Care and the role of the person in day to day charge
- Effective management and leadership skills
- Minimum NVQ 4/ QCF5 in Children’s Care Learning and Development (CCLD) with leadership and management units, or an equivalent relevant qualification
- Committed to high quality childcare
- Ability to speak Welsh/learn Welsh
