Team Leader for 20 hrs a week
Fixed term contract for a 12 month period for maternity leave at Leicester store.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our store at Flying Tiger Copenhagen Leicester.

Must be fully flexible and available to work Monday through to Sunday working a variety of shift patterns ranging from early start of 0800AM to support delivery to starting later until 2100 to 2200PM to support closing the store.
For this role, Duties include to be able to open and close the store, cashing up and Team Leader responsibilities.
More hours will be available going into the last quarter of the year up to and including Christmas.

What the role is about?
A Team Leader supports the management team in the daily operations and is a key player in the store team to role model best practice.
It’s a hands-on role that involves ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and replenished to maximize sales, the warehouse is organised, and the store team undertake their duties whilst delivering friendly customer service.
What Are Your Responsibilities
- Implement Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s concept.
- Proficiency on tills and supports with advanced till functions.
- Handle tills discrepancies, incident reports, and team concerns, escalating them to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Implement and follow Commercial guidelines to meet compliance of store standards.
- Support in leading the store team.
