BAM UK & Ireland are recruiting a Facilities Administrator to join our FM Segment of the business and provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager based at Derbyshire Police Headquarters. Working 37.5 Hours per week. Times to be agreed. The successful applicant will also be required to undertake Police vetting with outcome confirmed before commencement start date.

Making Possible

  • File management, electronic and hard copy.
  • Maintaining accident monitoring and logging.
  • Typing and photocopying.
  • Compliance monitoring
  • Taking telephone calls for the Facilities Management Team
  • Management of PPM system including record retention and filing.
  • Processing of purchase orders and maintaining a database of all FM correspondence.
  • Data processing, meter readings community lets, timesheets, RDS sheets.
  • Dealing with sub-contractors.
  • Dealing with correspondence and responding to general enquiries.
  • Managing movements, diaries and travel.
  • Organising meeting rooms and catering.
  • Chasing internal reports and requests for info.
  • Attending meetings, preparing minutes and chasing up action points assigned to facilities department.
  • Collation of contract performance and financial monthly reports.
  • Work with other members of the FM team in the best interests of the company.
  • Other office duties as required.
