About Our Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen to join the Facilities Management team at Grangemouth. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance planning, contractor activities, work order progression, and budget control across site buildings, infrastructure, and FM service areas.

About You

Required:

  • Plan and coordinate Facilities Management maintenance activities across site buildings, services, and infrastructure to ensure work is prioritized, safely delivered, and aligned with operational and business requirements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review monthly budget, cost, and forecast information to support financial control, budget planning, and informed management decision-making across FM maintenance activity.
  • Prioritize and schedule maintenance work orders to ensure resources are deployed effectively and critical work is completed within required timescales.
  • Coordinate contractor attendance, access, and work execution to ensure FM service delivery is completed safely, compliantly, and with minimal disruption to site operations.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work order information, and assurance documentation to provide an auditable record of FM activity, compliance, and performance.
  • Analyze maintenance performance and planning effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities, reduce repeat issues, and support continuous improvement in FM service delivery.

Desired:

  • Coordinate multiple external service providers across operational site areas to ensure planned and reactive FM activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with site access, permit, and business priority requirements.
  • Apply judgment to competing maintenance priorities, contractor availability, and operational constraints to support effective day-to-day planning and maintain continuity of FM service delivery.
  • Reporting costs, commitments, and forecast information across FM maintenance activity to provide management with reliable budget visibility and support disciplined financial control.
  • Maintain work order, purchase requisition, and assurance records to ensure contractor activity is traceable, auditable, and aligned with internal governance and procurement requirements.
