- Log and triage service requests – make sure every job is correctly prioritised and sent to the right team.
- Keep things moving – chase updates, monitor job progress, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Work closely with our engineers and maintenance colleagues – follow up on jobs, escalate issues, and make sure everything gets resolved.
- Keep customers informed – provide updates and reassurance, aiming to resolve queries first time.
- Stay organised – manage your workload using our systems and keep everything up to date.
Why You'll Love It

- Every day is different – you’ll solve problems, talk to people, and make a real difference.
- You’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment with opportunities to grow.
- We’ll train you to understand different types of facilities issues, support with quotes and minor works, and help customers beyond just reactive fixes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
