FM Procurement & Strategic Sourcing – Multiple Opportunities - £60,000 – £90,000 + Car Allowance + 20% Bonus + Package - London (3 days per week)

Are you an ambitious FM Procurement or Strategic Sourcing professional looking to join one of the world’s leading global organisations and develop your career within a large, high-performing procurement function?

We are supporting a major global organisation with multiple hires across its FM Procurement and Strategic Sourcing team, with opportunities available at different levels.

These roles offer exposure to high-profile global clients, complex FM sourcing projects and senior stakeholders, with significant opportunities for career progression.

Depending on your level, you will support or lead strategic sourcing and procurement activity across a broad range of Facilities Management (FM) and indirect service categories.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting end-to-end strategic sourcing projects
  • Managing RFPs, RFQs, tenders and competitive sourcing exercises
  • Leading commercial negotiations with regional and multinational suppliers
  • Delivering measurable savings, cost avoidance and commercial value
  • Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans
  • Managing key supplier relationships and supplier performance
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and operational teams
  • Supporting procurement transformation and continuous improvement
  • Managing supplier risk, compliance and contract governance
  • Identifying opportunities for supplier consolidation and innovation
  • Supporting sustainability and supplier diversity initiatives
  • Tracking procurement performance, savings and KPIs
  • Working across multiple countries and stakeholders throughout the EMEA region

We are interested in speaking with Procurement and Strategic Sourcing professionals at different stages of their careers, from ambitious sourcing specialists through to experienced procurement managers.

You may currently be working as a:

  • Buyer
  • Procurement Specialist
  • Strategic Sourcing Specialist
  • Category Manager
  • Sourcing Manager
  • Senior Procurement Manager

Ideally, you will have experience within Facilities Management, Infrastructure, Manufacturing or another complex services environment.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Strong strategic sourcing and tendering experience
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
  • Supplier and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience sourcing complex services contracts
  • Strong analytical and commercial capability
  • A track record of delivering savings and procurement value
  • Experience working within a large, complex organisation
  • EMEA or international procurement exposure would be advantageous

Additional European languages including French, German or Polish would also be beneficial.
