FM Regional Manager | BAE Systems
Location: Guildford
Duration: 12 Months (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week
Rate: £39.51 per hour PAYE or £53.24 Umbrella
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Security Clearance: BPSS & SC Required
BAE Systems is currently recruiting for an experienced FM Regional Manager to join the Facilities Management team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a key role responsible for managing Facilities Management services across the regional estate, acting as the link between stakeholders and supply chain partners to ensure the effective delivery of Hard and Soft FM services. You'll be responsible for driving operational performance, managing supplier relationships, overseeing budgets, supporting energy initiatives, and ensuring compliance across the portfolio.

Key Requirements
- Facilities Management experience across Hard and Soft FM services
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Experience managing budgets and operational performance
- IOSH qualified (essential)
- Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirements
- Energy and utilities experience beneficial
- NEBOSH qualification advantageous
