Role Description
The FMCG Export Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenford. This role involves managing and growing export sales for FMCG products, handling international customer accounts, and coordinating orders from inquiry to delivery. The FMCG Export Executive will prepare and process export documentation, liaise with logistics providers, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements. The role also includes identifying new market opportunities, supporting promotional activities, and contributing to sales reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG export or international sales, with strong knowledge of global trade processes, Incoterms, and export documentation.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, with skills in account handling, negotiation, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, including coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills for pricing, margin analysis, and sales reporting, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
- Competence in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and, ideally, ERP or CRM systems to manage orders and customer data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems proactively and independently.
- Previous experience in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution sectors is highly beneficial; knowledge of international markets and languages is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
