You might be exactly who we’re looking for.
We’re on the hunt for an Insight Manager who can turn data, trends, and performance into clear thinking and brilliant ideas. This isn’t a role for someone who just reports what happened. We want someone who can spot what’s coming next, ask the right questions, and help shape what we do about it.
What you’ll be getting stuck into
- Digging into performance, data, and industry trends to uncover the insights that really matter.
- Turning a sea of numbers into clear stories, smart recommendations, and the occasional “wait, THAT’S why that’s happening” moment.
- Helping shape long-term strategy, targets, KPIs, and forecasts.
- Building insight tools and visualisations that make it easier for people to understand what’s going on—and what to do next.
- Keeping a close eye on performance and knowing when things need a nudge, a rethink, or a full-on course correction.
- Presenting your findings to stakeholders and bringing people with you (because a brilliant insight isn’t much use if nobody understands it).
- Making sure the data behind the decisions is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose.
- Coaching and supporting others to get more from the numbers.

You’ll probably love this role if you…
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in an insight-focused role.
- Are comfortable getting your hands on lots of different data sources.
- Know how to move from data → insight → action without getting lost in the middle.
- Can make data look good and, more importantly, make it easy to understand.
- Enjoy telling a story and can confidently present it to senior stakeholders.
- Have a sharp eye for detail. The kind where misaligned charts might genuinely bother you.
- Can juggle priorities, stay organised, and still spot the interesting thing everyone else missed.
- Are curious, commercially minded, and not afraid to challenge the obvious answer.
