Job Title: FMCG Maintenance Engineer
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: Full time rotating shift pattern

Our client, a market leading manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and innovation is seeking an experienced engineer to join their dynamic team in Harrogate.
Your Duties As FMCG Maintenance Engineer Will Include
- Diagnose and repair faults on high speed, automated machinery
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of specialist equipment
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, hygiene and quality protocols
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and share learnings across the team
- Work collaboratively to ensure equipment operates within standard operating procedures
- Identify and implement maintenance improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Oversee and manage on site contractors, ensuring full compliance with safety and documentation standards
- Maintain clear shift handovers and complete all relevant maintenance records accurately

Experience Required
- Proven experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong fault finding skills on automated production equipment
- Safety conscious with strong problem solving and attention to detail
- Capable of mechanical servicing and repairs (e.g., welding, turning)
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player
