Regional Sales Manager – Convenience Channel
Area: Greater London
Field Based | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance
We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop high-performing field sales teams across the UK.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for managing an established team of Business Development Managers, driving regional revenue growth, improving sales execution, and growing headcount across your territory.
If you have a background leading field sales teams within FMCG, convenience, or route-to-market environments, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a region and make a real commercial impact.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Business Development Managers
- Driving regional sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability
- Increasing distribution, market share, and customer penetration
- Recruiting and growing team headcount
- Managing performance through KPIs, coaching, and development plans
- Supporting key account growth and commercial opportunities
- Delivering strong field execution across your territory
- Providing market insight and contributing to regional strategy
This is a field-based role involving regular travel across your region.
About You
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience managing field-based sales teams
- Strong background in FMCG, convenience, or wholesale-led sales
- Proven success delivering revenue growth and commercial targets
- Experience coaching, developing, and performance managing teams
- Strong understanding of route-to-market and field execution
- A hands-on, commercially driven leadership style
