Responsibilities
About our team:
The FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) team focuses on identifying, incubating, and scaling FMCG brands on TikTok Shop. We collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and hands-on support, ensuring the vitality and growth of TikTok Shop as a leading e-commerce marketplace.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Application Process:

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making
- Help track and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Perform ad-hoc deep dives on business-related topics
- Support communication and coordination across cross-functional teams
- Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

- Bachelor's degree or above, computer, statistics, mathematics, and other related majors are preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Python is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in E-commerce or FMCG industry
