Kitchen Assistant (Part-Time)

Fairmile Grange Care Home. An Allegra Care Home

Fairmile Grange Care Home is looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly kitchen and hospitality team.

We Have 15 Hours Per Week Available, With Flexible Daytime Shifts That Could Fit Around School Hours. Typical Shift Patterns Are

  • 9:30am - 2:30pm
  • 10:00am - 3:00pm

The role includes alternate weekend working and pays £13.20 per hour.

About The Role

You'll support our kitchen team in providing high-quality meals for our residents, helping to maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and kitchen organisation.

About You

  • Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment is desirable
  • A strong commitment to cleanliness and food hygiene
  • Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
  • Care home experience would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided
