Job Location: UK wide, hybrid working
Job Type: 12 months fixed-term contract
Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications
We have a fantastic opportunity for Claims Technicians working on a hybrid basis UK wide on a 12-month contract.
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our property team. We are seeking an individual with claims handling or customer service experience. The role will deal with all aspects of a commercial property claims from the day it’s reported to the day it’s settled, if you are looking for an opportunity to develop fully in commercial claims handling, eventually progressing to dealing with every aspect then this is the role for you.
The role assumes that you have some customer service experience, everything else you can learn from us, all we need is your enthusiasm to learn and grow. We care about career progression and will support you as you develop to deal with more complex claims.

The skills you will have when you apply:
- Experience in a customer service office environment
- Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all.
- A commitment to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters` Cert CILA qualification
