Volunteer Opportunity at FOCUS Art Fair London 2026

We are looking for volunteers to join the team at FOCUS Art Fair London 2026, taking place from 15th–18th October at Saatchi Gallery.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of London’s most engaging contemporary art fairs and gain hands-on experience in an international art fair environment.

Throughout the fair, volunteers will take on a variety of roles to support the FOCUS team, with full training and guidance provided.

Dates

  • Thursday 13th – Sunday 18th October (Depending on the role)

Fair Hours

10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Volunteers will be assigned to different roles depending on the needs of the fair. Responsibilities may include:

  • Reception Support (13–14 October): Assist with reception and provide general support to the FOCUS team.
  • Reception / Visitor Support (15–18 October): Welcome visitors, check tickets, provide information about the fair, and assist with general enquiries.
  • Loading Bay Support (13–14 October): Assist the FOCUS team with the movement and coordination of materials and equipment during the build-up period.
  • Visitor Flow & Event Support (15–18 October): Guide visitors throughout the fair, assist with visitor flow, and support the smooth movement of guests during forums, talks, and other events.
  • Booth Preparation Support (13–14 October): Support the FOCUS team and exhibitors with general booth preparation and on-site setup.
  • Booth Support (15–18 October): Remain at the designated booth, welcome visitors, provide basic information about artworks and artists, answer questions where possible, and monitor artworks to ensure they are not touched.
  • Support the FOCUS team with general on-site coordination and other duties as required.
