What can you expect from us?

What you will be doing?

Clients

  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to identify new business opportunities
  • Building and developing positive relationships with clients
  • Negotiating terms of business
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture, and environment
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts through a range of media - social media, job boards, etc
  • Working towards and exceeding targets - interviews booked, new clients secured, placements made, etc
  • Keeping abreast of the market to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques

Candidates

  • Pro-actively sourcing and selecting candidates, utilising social media, job boards, referrals, and CV databases to build a candidate pool
  • Responsible for managing the candidate flow via pre-screening and telephone interviewing to ensure high calibre candidates are registered and worked with
  • Qualifying candidates in regard to their expectations and requirements
  • Identify skills and behaviours throughout the selection process to match appropriately against specific requirements/ vacancies
  • Provide a great candidate experience throughout the candidate journey
  • Maintaining contact with prospective candidates, dealing with questions and queries in regard to the application process and keeping control of candidates
  • Preparing candidates for interviews - advice / guidance, etc
  • Responsible for managing and working several vacancies at any one time and changing priorities
  • Managing the interview process - booking and scheduling interviews and taking and delivering feedback to candidates
  • Negotiating with candidates and managing the offer process
  • Any other reasonable duties as directed by your line manager

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong experience of a full 360 recruitment desk with a proven history of consistent billing
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
  • Good knowledge of candidates’ selection methods
  • Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
  • Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
