Farm Shop & Front of House Team Member - WEEKENDs

Hollies Farm on the HIGH STREET - Tarporley

Cheshire | Family-Run | Award-Winning Farm Shop & Restaurant

We are a proud, Cheshire-based, family-run, award-winning farm shop looking for a versatile and enthusiastic team member to join our small but passionate team.

This is a varied role combining Front of House and retail duties, so no two days are the same. From delivering warm, welcoming customer service to ensuring our shop displays are beautifully presented and fully stocked, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every visitor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service
  • Serving and assisting customers with confidence and warmth
  • Handle any customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Supporting retail operations, including merchandising and stock rotation to minimise waste
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness across all areas
  • Fulfil Opening & Closing Responsibilities - Assist with opening/closing the kitchen, including cleaning and equipment shutdown
  • Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and compliance
  • Work collaboratively with our friendly and hardworking team
  • Work seamlessly with other sites to ensure smooth overall operations
  • Contribute energy, creativity, and positivity to the workplace

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards
  • Demonstrates excellent organisation and time management
  • Is punctual, reliable, and flexible
  • Someone who thrives in a busy environment
  • Barista experience advantageous but not essential
  • Weekend availability (essential - we are open 7 days a week)
