Front of House Supervisor

Hourly rate £13.35 per hour + £10 on shift meal allowance

As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll motivate and support the hotel team, working across reception and housekeeping to keep each shift running smoothly and maintain high standards throughout the hotel. You’ll also support the Hotel Manager with day-to-day tasks, team coordination and operational priorities.
It’s a fast-paced, hands-on and rewarding role. Whether you’re supporting reception, helping the housekeeping team or stepping in to resolve a guest query, you’ll lead by example. In return for helping us deliver great guest experiences, we’ll support you on your career journey.

A Front of House Supervisor would ideally:
- Have experience in a customer-facing hotel, hospitality or supervisory role
- Be a positive leader who can motivate the team and lead by example
- Support the Hotel Manager with day-to-day tasks and smooth hotel operations
- Support reception and housekeeping while maintaining high standards
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve queries professionally
