Hotel Supervisor

Welcome Break, Ramada Newport Pagnell MK168DS

Full-time role | Rewarding salary package up to £13.35 per hour | £10 meal allowance every shift

Ready to take the next step in hotel leadership? As a Hotel Supervisor at our Welcome Break [Days Inn/Ramada] hotel, you’ll support the Hotel Manager to deliver brilliant standards, a warm welcome and a smooth guest experience, helping the hotel run like clockwork, even when it’s busy.

You’ll be the Hotel Manager’s right hand, supporting day-to-day operations across reception, housekeeping and maintenance. You’ll lead from the front on shift, help plan rotas and routines, keep an eye on costs and stock, and make sure rooms and public areas are always guest-ready. You’ll also step up as duty manager when needed, handle guest feedback and escalations calmly, and help keep the hotel safe, compliant and audit-ready.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
