Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
  • Assist in managing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
