Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Assist in managing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
