Who we are!
We are currently looking for a passionate Food and Beverage Assistant / Waiter to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work Hospitality'. Sitting consistently in the top tier of all the hotels in London on Trip Advisor, Bankside Hotel is a social hub for anyone, guest or local, with a passion for culture, art and food. What you will be doing?
- Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant, directing guests to tables and providing menus.
- Booking any reservations and keeping reservations slots up to date.
- Arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of floor.
- Taking orders and delivering food to guests and assist them during their meal.
- Assisting Chefs by sourcing ingredients from the stock room or the kitchen.
- Keep the bar and drinks stocked with beverages at all times.
- Clearing down tables and chairs after the events as well as assist in closing the restaurant after a shift.

Requirements
- Previous experience at a high pace restaurant environment.
- Available full time, flexible to do morning, day and evening shifts.
- Ability to provide guests with the up to date information and advice on food as well as beverage.
- Knowledge of food and table preparation techniques.
- Ability to demonstrate ownership and communicate effectively with team members.
- Good level of English and communication skills. (Other languages are always desirable!)
