Food and Beverage Assistant
Bar & Restaurant - The Ickworth
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus generous service charge and great benefits
The Ickworth, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is entering an exciting new chapter following its refurbishment. Join our team as Food & Beverage Assistant and play your part in shaping the future of this much-loved Suffolk retreat.
We have two permanent positions available at 40 hours per week (including weekends), with an hourly rate of £12.71, plus generous service charge and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver a fantastic LFH Service: You will work together, alongside the kitchen team to deliver fantastic service to our guests.
- Make long lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones!
- Ensure a safe dining experience: You will endeavour to be diligent and knowledgeable of all our menu offerings and understanding allergens to keep our guests safe.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas: adhering to health and safety regulations.
What We Need From You
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of our busy hotel.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism at all times.
