What You'll Be Doing
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering high-quality food and beverage service within our restaurant and bar areas
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations and confidently communicating menu and beverage options to guests
- Processing payments accurately, including cash, card and room charge transactions, in line with company procedures
- Creating positive guest experiences by providing friendly, professional and attentive service
- Responding promptly to guest enquiries and ensuring any requests are handled efficiently
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and presentation
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- A proactive and positive approach to teamwork
- Experience handling cash and card payments
- Familiarity with Micros POS systems (desirable but not essential)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
