Food & Beverage Assistant

Seaham Hall, County Durham

Up to £12.71 per hour (depending on experience) + share of service charge (around £2,000 per year for full-time team members)

We're on the lookout for friendly, energetic and motivated people to join our Food & Beverage team in The Dining Room at Seaham Hall, one of the North East's most iconic luxury hotels.

Whether you've worked in hospitality before or you're completely new to it, we'd love to hear from you. We'll give you all the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

  • Welcome guests and create memorable dining experiences
  • Serve food and drinks with a smile
  • Chat with guests and help them choose from our menus
  • Recommend tasty extras such as desserts, cocktails and specials
  • Keep your section clean, tidy and ready for service
  • Learn about our menus and attend training sessions to build your confidence
  • Work closely with both the restaurant and kitchen teams to keep everything running smoothly

Bonus points if you've worked in hospitality before or have experience with systems like Simphony/Oracle, but it's absolutely not required.
