Food and Beverage Assistant - Casual Fairmont Windsor Park

About the Role

The Windsor Brasserie is an exciting new opening inspired by the elegance of Windsor Park and the glamour of Royal Ascot, offering a refined yet energetic setting with exceptional hospitality. This lively bar and lounge features theatrical mixology and genuine guest interactions, complemented by an open kitchen that puts culinary craft and creativity on display.

We are building a passionate team who take pride in their craft and thrive in stylish, high-energy environments, ready to be a part of something special from the very beginning. Our modern brasserie will combine professionalism, personality, and teamwork to create unforgettable experiences, elevating what it means to be a bar and lounge.

Responsibilities

  • Serve food and drinks in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building natural rapport.
  • Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.
  • Raising bills and taking payment.
  • Clearing and re-setting tables.

Requirements

  • Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you.
  • A smart and professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
  • Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment.
  • You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
  • Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
  • Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
