About the role:
Are you passionate about exceptional service and ready to be part of an exclusive environment where every detail matters? JCB Golf & Country Club is seeking enthusiastic, customer focused Food and Beverage Assistants to deliver first-class dining experiences to our members and guests.
As a Food and Beverages Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of our clubhouse, knowing and understanding what it means to deliver amazing hospitality to our guests.
What does the role involve day to day?
- Provide attentive and courteous service across all dining areas
- Assist with the set up, presentation and cleanliness of food and beverage stations, ensuring an inviting, immaculate environment
- Support team members during busy periods, helping to create a seamless, enjoyable experience for our guests
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items to confidently answer questions and provide recommendations

This will be suited to you if...
- You thrive on the challenge of consistently exceeding our guest’s expectations. Essentially, you should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering and maintaining, consistent standards. You should have a can do attitude, with teamwork being key to the success of your area.
A friendly, professional demeanour and a commitment to high standards of service
- A proactive team player attitude, with strong communication skills and a focus on guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service role (preferred but not essential).
