As Food & Beverage Assistant You Will
Bring your personality and flair to provide a warm, friendly, and generous service to our guests. The guest journey is paramount, so you'll know how to deliver fantastic experiences for our guests, time and time again.
What The Role Will Involve
- Promote an always welcome and professional image to the guest, and give full cooperation to any guest requiring assistance, forging great relationships.
- Be knowledgeable on the menus, being able to answer any questions, and make recommendations.
- Follow all steps of service, ensuring the focus remains guest-centric.
- Work closely with the bar, kitchen, hosts, and wider hotel staff to ensure the best possible service.
- Build a rapport with all guests in the assigned section and use this to maximize sales opportunities.
- Be flexible to jump into any role within the restaurant when needed.
