FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT

Join the Front-of-House Team at The Pheasant, Kelling

✨ 4 exciting opportunities | Full & Part-Time | Weekends | Uniform Provided ✨

Imagine working somewhere that feels less like a workplace and more like a destination.

Nestled on the edge of Kelling Heath, close to the vibrant town of Holt, The Pheasant is one of North Norfolk’s most iconic country hotels — a beautifully restored retreat where timeless character meets warm, modern hospitality.

Now, we’re looking for four fantastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our amazing front-of-house team.

Your role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience — delivering the friendly, attentive and genuinely personal service that makes a stay at The Pheasant memorable.

From welcoming guests for breakfast to creating a relaxed atmosphere in our newly renovated bar and restaurant, you’ll help bring our food, drink and Norfolk hospitality to life.

You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in doing things properly, from beautifully presented local dishes to a warm smile and impeccable service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
