Join Aramark UK as a Food & Beverage Assistant at RAF Lossiemouth

Location: RAF Lossiemouth, Moray, IV31 6SD
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour (over 21s)
Contract type: Permanent, part-time. 24 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)
Shift times: Varied shifts due to Bar and Kitchen needs

We’re looking for an energetic Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver great food and exceptional service at RAF Lossiemouth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making people smile, this is your chance to shine!

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements:

  • You must have a legal right to work in the UK
  • You must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
  • Ideally, you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years, but we can implement residency waivers

What you’ll do:

  • Cellar duties and cleanliness of bar/cellar furnishings and fittings
  • Assist line manager/supervisor with bar stock-checks
  • Operating tills and handling cash
  • Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
  • Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during work
  • Serve food and beverages to customers
  • Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services
  • Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery
  • Perform daily paperwork; keeps diligent records as required
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures

What we’re looking for:

  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (ideally UK resident for 3 years, but waivers available)
  • Must be 18+
  • Previous experience is great—but full training will be provided!
