Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel is our largest hotel with 1025 bedrooms, 6 Outlets (Brasserie Joël, Ichi Sushi & Sashimi Bar, Primo Bar, illy Caffè, In-Room Dining, and Breakfast Operation) led by Food and Beverage Director
A very busy meeting and Events space (32 conference, event and meeting rooms, Westminster Ballroom for up to 1,400 delegates, theatre-style) led by the Director of Meeting & Event Operations.
As Our Food And Beverage Director, You Will Receive
- Salary: Highly competitive plus performance-based bonus

We are looking for an exceptional Food & Beverage Director who:
- Oversees the day‑to‑day running of the full F&B operation, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction across all outlets
- Leads, coaches, and motivates Outlet Managers to drive operational excellence and deliver strong results.
- Maintains a strong on‑floor presence during operating hours, remaining highly engaged with guests and the team
- Develops and executes strategic plans to exceed sales targets and achieve exceptional financial performance
- Collaborates positively with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience, ensuring compliance with all local health and safety regulations
- Manages budgets, forecasts and scheduling in alignment with the hotel’s business plan
- Brings an innovative, forward-thinking approach to staying competitive in the London market
- Reviews internal and external guest feedback and implements improvements to continually elevate service standards
- Addresses and manages performance issues across all F&B operational areas
- Analyses changing guest needs, market trends and the competitive landscape to recommend product, service and operational enhancements
- Ensures both guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining strong market competitiveness and exceptional financial results
- Manages F&B contractors and associated costs in line with the budget

- Has proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or F&B Manager in a large hotel environment.
