Food and Beverage Manager, Hotel Du Vin

- £34,000 plus tronc of approx £3-5k per year

About the Role
In this role you’re a real organiser, who loves leading and motivating your team. As Food and Beverage Manager your role involves taking responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations of the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with all department managers in people management, finance and budgeting, sales and revenue management.
- Manage the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
- Ensure that our guests receive amazing hospitality at all times.
- Ensure all staff are able to deliver service exceeding guest expectations and enhancing the guest journey at every opportunity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in management with a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A team player who enjoys a hands-on role.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering service with a smile.
