Holiday Inn Kenilworth-Warwick is a four-star hotel offering 115 modern guest rooms and four versatile meeting and event spaces accommodating up to 250 people with ample natural daylight. Ideally situated in the heart of Warwickshire, the hotel provides convenient access to major Midlands motorways including the M40, M1, and M6. Birmingham Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, making the location attractive for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience, professional event services, and reliable hospitality standards.

Role Description

The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kenilworth, responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel. This includes managing restaurant, bar, and event catering services, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. The role involves:

The manager will oversee budgeting and cost controls, maintain health and safety standards, and implement service improvements and promotions to drive revenue. Day-to-day tasks also include handling guest feedback, supporting special events, and ensuring brand standards are met across all F&B outlets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills, with experience overseeing restaurant, bar, and event operations.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Experience in Training team members, coaching staff performance, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
  • Budgeting skills, including managing costs, forecasting revenue, and monitoring financial performance of F&B outlets.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or hotel food and beverage operations.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, with a commitment to compliance and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Relevant hospitality or catering qualification is beneficial, as is experience with hotel brand standards and POS systems.
