We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about people, obsessed with guest experience, and isn't afraid to jump into service when the pressure's on.
You'll be:
✨ Leading an amazing front-of-house team. 🍷 Delivering exceptional restaurant, bar and event experiences. 📈 Driving sales, profitability and service standards. 🎓 Coaching and developing your team. 🎉 Bringing energy, ideas and personality to everything you do.

✔️ Has Food & Beverage management experience within a quality hotel or hospitality venue. ✔️ Leads from the front. ✔️ Loves creating memorable guest experiences. ✔️ Knows their way around labour, stock control and GP. ✔️ Brings positivity, professionalism and plenty of enthusiasm.
