We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about people, obsessed with guest experience, and isn't afraid to jump into service when the pressure's on.
You'll be:
β¨ Leading an amazing front-of-house team. π· Delivering exceptional restaurant, bar and event experiences. π Driving sales, profitability and service standards. π Coaching and developing your team. π Bringing energy, ideas and personality to everything you do.

βοΈ Has Food & Beverage management experience within a quality hotel or hospitality venue. βοΈ Leads from the front. βοΈ Loves creating memorable guest experiences. βοΈ Knows their way around labour, stock control and GP. βοΈ Brings positivity, professionalism and plenty of enthusiasm.
