What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and health safety standards.
- A passion for delivering high-quality team and exceptional guest experiences.
