The hotel has 151 Bedrooms and five conference rooms that can accommodate up to 175 guests, ideal for meetings, conferences and celebrations. The Novotel London Greenwich bar is an atmospheric space to enjoy afternoon tea, beer, wine, a cocktail or soft drink at any time of day.

Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver excellent service
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to feedback and complaints
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and departmental performance
- Control food, beverage, labour, and operational costs
- Monitor stock levels, purchasing, wastage, and inventory control
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and efficient service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, licensing, and company policies
- Manage F&B budgets and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Analyse sales, costs, and performance reports and implement improvements where required
- Support menu development, promotions, events, and new F&B initiatives
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure value for money
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across all F&B areas
- Ensure the team consistently follows company standards and procedures
- Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations

Qualifications
- Previous management experience within Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or a similar environment
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of F&B operations, stock control, and cost management
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
- Good IT and administrative skills
