Join us as a Food & Beverage Manager
Lead the delivery of exceptional dining experiences across multiple outlets at Park Plaza Riverbank London, supporting one of our largest and busiest hotel operations with 645 bedrooms.

Key Responsibilities As Our Food & Beverage Manager
- Lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation, including Chino Latino Restaurant & Bar, Breakfast, Room Service and the River View Lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
- Coach, develop and motivate Outlet Managers and their teams, creating a high-performing culture focused on engagement, service excellence and results.
- Monitor guest feedback, trends and market insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance the guest experience.
- Manage departmental budgets, costs, labour and contractor spend, ensuring strong commercial performance and operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest journeys while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, health and safety.
- Take a visible leadership role across all outlets, proactively resolving issues, driving performance and ensuring guest and employee satisfaction.

About You
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about hospitality and will:
- Have several years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a large, high-volume hotel environment, with a proven track record of successfully leading multiple outlets and teams.
- Be an inspirational and hands-on leader with a proven ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, costs and operational performance.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
